Need it for freedom camping but I’m unable to purchase a big caravan so finding places for me to camp while I tiki tour was really easy for me when I used this app. However many ads and gets a little annoying/ hard to look at some areas closer
Great in so many ways, some irritations
Love the app, there is so much functionality to it and a must for trip planning and finding free camping spots. But why oh why must it refresh every time I need to check something in another app and then immediately come back to it? I wish it would just leave open what I was looking at!
Ad pretends to be CamperMate, charges card
Furious to find a pop up in the CamperMate app is actually an ad for Jouvo which charges your card for ‘two days’ access’ to a pile of apps you can use without going through Jouvo. It’s a total scam.

As kiwis travelling our own country in a motorhome we belong to the NZMCA, but regularly switch to CamperMate as this app has campsites that just are not on others.
