Can’t see details like account number
This app is annoying because it literally makes you constantly reset your password and you can’t see details like you can in TD Bank like the account numbers when you have to write a deposit slip it’s annoying not to be able to get easily into your account because I usually check them every single dayShow lessGristle one
Not really happy
The playing around with and changing your password every month or so is very annoying. I had to move on to a different checking account to get away from this, so don’t tell me it’s a security thing. No other bank does it like you. what you’re doing with the password running out every two or three months it gets to be a real hassle, especially for elderly, trying to remember these things because of this reason I have moved on. I keep this account open because, it does Monty does come in it from an insurance company besides that I don’t use this account any longer. It’s worthless and I don’t like the way the bank handles it. I understand you’re not gonna change anything for me and I have no problem with that whatsoever. You’re just losing out of customers, I talk to three other people in the same bank with the same problem saying the same thing just saying, you askedShow lessWaynesmith609
Password
The app itself is fine just having to change your password so frequently it’s a little too much. You should be able to reuse the password after the third password changed.MzBiatch

No ability to do a remote deposit
I called the branch to ask if I could do a remote deposit - they said I should be able but when I went to the place on the app where it should be, it was not.
I called another number and no one answered. I left a message and haven't gotten a return call.

Not so great
I have had several check deposits called back because I failed to fulfill all the requirements. The wording at the top of the mobile deposit is easily misread. It should say to write: FOR mobile deposit only, endorsement and acc#.
I missed the colon and read : requirements for mobile deposits as one sentence. Then endorsement and acc#. Also Bank of America has never refused a deposit even if I just use a signature. No acc# or for deposit only. Love your bank , hate your online banking.Show lessRMKing112
Like the app but…
My only real complaint is that changes in PIN numbers are required too often. Way too conservative in my opinion.Bob4872!
