If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
Sturdy Bank totally changed the mobile website (the original form) and it’s horrible. It has None of the good features the original version had. If they think they have upgraded to a better version they are so wrong. Sad that they didn’t ask their customers for their opinions of the mobile app they wanted to “downgrade” to. Face ID often doesn’t work
I have this app set up to log in with Face ID. It only works about half the time. Much of the time, there is not even an option to use Face ID to log in. Other than that, the app does everything that I need a banking app to do.Slh7773

Love that transferring money is super easy and fast. Hate that the search bar option in an account is simply useless because typing in any key word doesn’t narrow it, at all. Is that just me? If that worked, I probably would not have another complaint!ariannalaree
