Always issues
At times you have to refresh the app when you leave a channel and come back to it.

Network error
There are four users connected to my account and non of us is able to view anything. I have contacted the customer care several times and provided information but this has not resolved the issue.
I have deleted and downloaded the app more than 3 times as guided by the customer care team but this did not resolve the issue either.
I now wonder if this app is still fully operational.

Poor live streaming
*the streaming service is so poor it buffers every 10 seconds, it is not enjoyable at all

Bugs
It’s got some issues and I prefer the last updat more than this to be honest
Live streaming soccer doesn’t allow me to reply to any message pop ups but the previous one use to allow me to respond
And once I respond on this current one it kind of rewinds itself and starts playing itself from behind and then later starts loading for a long time
The previous one never use to do this and thats why I would have given you a 5star if the dstv app was stable
Please release another that’s normal

Channels buffer nonstop
Other times is buffers and then continues but the sound is about 10 mins behind. So again I have to close, delink etc.
It happens maybe 15 times a day. I have videos of it all if you’d like to see.
I have done Speedtest and I am always fine around 30mb/s. Netflix and Showmax work fine, so it’s definitely this app. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times. I’ve also done the log out log in thing but it just always fails.
I have missed so many important moments in tv because of this and it’s so, so frustrating.
