Not intuitive.
It is NOT efficient at all for the technician in the field. You have to go in and out of the same spot multiple times to get something entered...you can’t view information about upcoming work either. It has got to be the most frustrating app ever to use. I suspect that most employers that have decided to spend BIG BUCKS on this app are more concerned about the “big brother” options of the app and all the crap they can track automatically on their employees. I’m very unimpressed with the entire application and have yet to find one thing that is easier than our past programs or is easier to do or use. Garbage
I swear the programers fix one thing and creat two completely new problem with every update just for job scuirty. Absolute garbage program!JonesZ4774
It makes me cry.
As a field tech using it makes me cry on a daily basis. Clocking in and out is glitchy at best. Closing out a job just never works. Time lost opening it to get information is painful. Moral dropped in the hole office when we started the programfhhitfhii
Not user friendly
You lose times. You are unable to change time entry’s after they have been submitted. If you make a mistake you have to redo all the times for that day.turtle puncher
Too many bugs
Keeps freezing and not uploading project activities. Have had to delete and re install a dozen times to keep it working. Countless hours of productive time lost on this app.ortez80
Can’t believe my company picked it
We’ve been on this app for two years now, and it’s been nothing but trouble. Always have to work around issues or call or email other components of the company to get things corrected. I can’t believe a company as large as mine apparently ignored all the negative reviews and selected it.
There has to be better software out there for Field Service. Too many issues to enumerate here.Show lessBenWorkin2Long

Does not work with ios13 on iPad
Not a huge fan of the app in general but now I am unable to scroll while using this app. Currently using iOS 13.3.1 on an iPad and Astea version 12.6.96.0pyazz

Hi developer can you please fix the issue with attaching photos from iOS devices through camera or photos. Keep on failing and asking for “retry” “ wifi” or “no” option.ammu06
Worst program I’ve ever used
Literally the worst program I’ve ever used for work. It crashes and looses data constantly. Even when it’s working it’s has a problem keeping the current job info saved making me have to rewrite what I’ve already done. If you need tech support so far in my experience it’s pretty limited to mostly emails back and forth. Maybe a phone call from the Astea people would help but instead it’s brushed aside until someone feels like getting to it. save yourselves from this program ! Treat it like leprosy and go the other way. I really wished i could give it less than one star. I really think it deserves 1/32 of a star and that’s being generous.Show lessKevinm9686
