Abysmal app
I’ve the misfortune to use this on a daily basis. It’s clunky and historic data is not easy to track. The app regularly crashes and you’re often greeted with error codes when closing down jobs. I’m assured by all the users of the Desktop variant, that the experience is equally hideous. Alas, I’ve no way of using anything else as it was a company decision to implement this.Show lessCollectjam

Avoid this app
I don’t understand why my company decided to use this app and services from Astea. It’s a nightmare to work with. Crashes, freezes and ugly design from 2009 with no user-friendly interface. I wish to use other app, I am sure there are better solutions than this one!Andrei Zh

Hands down worst app available. Please don’t let your company spend the money on something so flawed.Philobetto
It does what it does. Always slow to update compatability.
Complexity of app could definitely be streamlined a bit, and app does not yet support iOS 11. Same as last year, the 4 months of iOS betas is apparently not enough for Astea to update their product to support latest operating systems, leaving entire companies with unpatched smartphones for long periods of time.

How great is this app??? How high can you stack diarrhea? The worst app!!! It will harass you constantly if you turn location services off. Putting in time is not user friendly. An overall pain in the a&$. Everybody wants this to go away. Take some advise and spend money on something more worthwhile.Show lessMechErulz
