    The app is not loading correctly. This has been an intermittent issue for a while now. Please update this app.

    Was a decent app. Nothing spectacular, but allowed you to get what you needed, but it hasn't worked at all in over a month.

We would like to inform you that we have identified the cause of the issue you encountered. It turns out that that iCloud Private Relay feature, was causing compatibility problems with our app and website through the Safari browser on IOS devices. This issue resulted in the app not working as expected for some users, including yourself. We are pleased to inform you that we have addressed this problem, and the app should now be functioning properly without requiring an update.
  • White screen of death!

    So the app currently has some bug issues that need to be fixed. When I have two identical devices side by side, one can log into the app, and the other one has a blank screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help either.
