Originally a great source of support and motivation but there’s a problem:
I installed this helpful app a few years ago when I successfully quit smoking. After a while I had to offload it but was assured my data would still be stored as long as the app was still available in the App Store. I periodically like to check my health improvement milestones/the amount of money I’ve saved/refresh my memory on my quit date and the length of time I’ve been smoke free but my information is now gone and I don’t see an option to restore it. If someone could help me recover my data I’d greatly appreciate it and I’ll adjust my rating for the original app accordingly.Show lessLeeOhz
Helped me quit smoking
This app really helped me quit. I have quit for 10 years and I still look to see how much money I have saved it’s amazing how it adds up. At first what amazed me and helped me quit is how many cigarettes I didn’t smoke. Helps stay on track.Sam987568

This app has played an enormous part in my quitting smoking. Having the stats ar my fingertips has kept me motivated!!! The ability to open this app and see in real time the benefits of quitting I.e. $ saved, cigarettes not smoked, ⌛️saved, and how much my health is improving with each second, minute, hour,day is absolutely amazing. Whenever I get the urge to smoke I open the app and tell myself”no way do you want to smoke and start over….i got this”. Thanks you for such amazing app!
