Best walking app for France

As the title says, this is the best walking map for France. I never fear being lost or not getting home.

Ok, work needed

I like the app, but it is a bit clunky. The help needs work, as does the subscription access and the interface needs some customer input - it is very hard to use, although with effort it’s good. Come on guys, get some customer feedback and improve the interface - it will pay you back.

This is a terrible app, pay subscription but can never sign in, complete rip-off

Quite possibly the worst app in the app store- if you find yourself in the middle of the Mont Mallet glacier descending from the Canzio Bivvy in a storm don’t depend on this app - it will tell you in times of strife that you have no access or the offline download you diligently downloaded in your pre route planning is inaccessible.

Fantastic for hiking France

Used to hike Sentier Cathar. Downloaded the sections we needed. App provided accurate and useful information. Some glitches while viewing saved route summaries. Well worth the cost if you want to know where you are while hiking.

Maps good but doesn’t work on other devices

The quality of the mapping is good but it won’t allow me to access my subscription on my iPad which is on the same Apple account. Works fine on iPhone.

Won't download detailed maps even on wi-if, screen is blurred, support is non-existent. Can't recommend.

I bought a subscription, but got no access to IGN unlimited maps, and customer support is unresponsive.

Maps good but poor help files and support

Maps are fine but help files are out of date and how to actually download a map for offline viewing is well hidden under Store > and the little '+' symbol in the top left in the latest version. I missed this and emailed support a week before a trip but got no reply. Tried loading the maps to see if this would download them but they disappeared as soon as I was out of signal.

User Guide has screen images for an older version where downloading was much more obvious. Help Centre doesn't even have an FAQ for how to download maps.
