Consistently one of the worst
For years now, this has been one of the worst, slowest, glitchiest, least efficient apps in the travel and airline marketplace. Besides being super slow, it lacks basic functionality such as updating a boarding pass when you change seats. For such a well-awarded airline, they need to do something about their subpar application.

Great service
I had surgery in March so find Aegean very kind when I ask to use elevators not stairs to get to bus for plane departures milled it easier and helpful . On board crew always friendly as well
Best airline website
First time using Aegean airline website and i have to stay it’s the easiest to use, no glitches, here is looking at you Iberia and Ryan air! Super easy check-in process, was even able to check-in my luggage, just need to scan electronic tag once I’m in the airport!!
Can’t add NZ frequent flyer number
Won’t let me add my Star Alliance partner frequent flyer number. Forces me to use Aegean number, which is very annoying as I don’t live anywhere near Greece and am very unlikely to use ever again.
Fake offer
I’ve tried to book a flight everywhere at 50% off deal that has been offered and there is absolutely no deal anywhere
Inconvenient at best
The app uses none of the information stored in your phone to help fill out the countless things that they ask you for. You have to enter your email address and phone number at least three times. You sign up for biometric logon and it still asks you for your password every time.
User friendly site, quick and efficient
I loved using this site. Very informative and easy to use. Looking forward to additional trips in the future!
Horrible time management
This company is the first I have encounter where I booked a flight for 12pm in April from Chios to Athens for my July vacation and a month before I even get to Greece the flight time changed to 12:30pm making me miss my connection back home to USA.
Furthermore, the ticketing agent guaranteed we would leave on time (the adjusted time) and the time of departure was when they started BOARDING us. I have checked the entire week of flights and they were late for all flights. Never again….

Nice app of an excellent airline company
Nice app with many functionalities. May get slow from time to time on some searches but works really well. Very straightforward. Nice user experience that complements the nice flight experience that Aegean offers. Among the best (if not the best one) Star Alliance apps and services!
Easy check in
Love using the Aegean app for check in. Even though I am not technologically the best… This app makes it easy to check in.
