Nice app of an excellent airline company
Nice app with many functionalities. May get slow from time to time on some searches but works really well. Very straightforward. Nice user experience that complements the nice flight experience that Aegean offers. Among the best (if not the best one) Star Alliance apps and services!
Easy check in
Love using the Aegean app for check in. Even though I am not technologically the best… This app makes it easy to check in.
Needs work!
Is over a year now that contact details in country section is connected to your nationality rather than your actual country of residence. You update your new address to different location of the country you’re born yet the country section remains the same. Is it really that hard to fix it?
Aegean stream App needs to be updated
I have the iPhone 15 pro max and I gave the Aegean Airlines App 4 stars because it’s missing the Dynamic Island feature which includes boarding time departure time boarding Gate and any delays including the flight number airport of departure and arrivals passengers names and economy or business class seating Please fix this issue and update the application software asap

Buggy & Broke
I’m not sure if the app was down for maintenance or if it’s just the app in general. But we couldn’t check in to our flight, couldn’t add a bag, etc. Every time we went to pay for the bag, it would said Error. We tried several cards and Apple Pay, nothing. It won’t even give us the mobile boarding pass after checking in at the counter. It won’t let us add the passes to the Apple wallet. Such a waste of time and stressful…

Unable to copy miles+bonus number
I think this is the only ffp app I’ve used where you cannot copy your card number, you have to manually open the app and type it number by number into where you want to use it. My wife was also trying to click on the card to copy the number without luck before I had to point out it doesn’t work

All of a sudden you have to keep re logging on wasn’t like this a week ago it’s very annoying. I contacted Customer Service on Instagram and they excelled and within minutes fixed the problem 🤩 👏
Worst flight booking app ever
The worst app I have ever used to book a flight.
Takes ages to load, it get stuck and then you have to start again and by the time you eventually go through tickets get more expensive. Trying to pay with PayPal is terrible, never loads the page.
