This should be a budget airline
They have the worst service. Basic and they literally provide nothing compared to other airlines (ex British Airways). Overpriced tickets for mediocre service with bunch of add ons. Their website is bad… their app is worst. I can’t book tickets, can’t adjust my booking and it won’t let me check-in. It’s not loading and most of the times it’s not even responsive. Very disappointing.

Nonfunctional
This app is basically nonfunctional. I booked a flight through a third-party. It took about 6 attempts over two days to register with the app. Then it took the same amount to input the trip ID. For the last two days I have been trying to confirm all the tickets are on the reservation and to add bags. I am extremely nervous about attempting to check in on the app as I have zero confidence it will work.

Unacceptable
As someone else said: purchased ticket though United. Last leg is Aegean. Booking cannot be found using the app. Booking can be found in the website, if I don’t login!!! Result: can’t get electronic boarding pass. Got to go to the counter, stay in line, etc. Very risky with short connections. Aegean knows the problem, has done NOTHING. Horrible IT, clueless and non-responsive customer service. Top management totally indifferent.

So slow!
Please do something to make it go faster and actually work. There are constant bugs that turn out to be a problem since we cannot manage our bookings in time. You charge to change bookings through the phone even though the app hardly works!
Works better than other bigger companies
Sad to see so many people have had a bad experience with this app. It’s 100% functional and has made my travels as “modern” as it gets unlike some bigger companies apps that I’ve used which keep glitching.
I paid for a seat and it made things worse
During check-in I chose an aisle seat and paid for it. After successful payment it gave me some random middle seat and stated “further selection is not available online”.

I have the impression that this app used to be a bit better. With time, however, it seems to have gotten buggier and quite complex to use.
The biggest issue I’ve come across is regard the login process to your account and STAYING logged in, even though I always choose the option to stay logged in. It always asks you to login from scratch every time you open the app again and you always have to go through the whole two factor authentication spiel, which is quite annoying.

Great Airline, Terrible App
If only Aegean Airlines would properly invest in its App… most of the times non-responsive, crashes frequently, constantly logs you out or “forgets” settings over and over again.
At best time, it is very slow on responding.
A disgrace really, especially when you receive an excellent service on this airline.

Far from being good
For my one reservation, it worked as expected. I was able to do the basic functions of the booking such as changing seats and checking in. However, the layout of the bookings is not very favorable. When I purchased a second reservation through the United App (with miles), I was not able to pull my booking through the app. I was able to pull my booking via the Aegean Website. No matter what I do, I cannot pull my reservation through the app. It is extremely poor. Also, customer service is only reachable by phone, not even a chat function through the app. Even via social media that claims to be 24/7, very poor response time. I messaged Aegean at 6:26pm, I did not receive a response until 3:24am just for them to tell me to call the customer service hotline.

Terrible
Slow, buggy. Good luck trying to book a flight. Multiple errors and then of course they increase the airfare price. As a result I’m flying a different airline with easier booking services.
