  • Okay app

    Like a previous poster I don't find her voice soothing but it puts me to sleep none the less! I don't know if it works or not but I put it on to go to sleep at night and her suggestions are the last thing I hear at night.
  • Very nice

    Very relaxing, and since I've been listening, I feel like I have a more positive, healthy attitude toward weight loss. If I have a setback, it doesn't bother me as much, and I generally start the day with a more positive outlook. I have lost about 5 pounds in a month, the healthy way, eating better and working out. This is a useful tool in my arsenal of healthy living apps.

  • It's a good app!

    I am pleased with this app. I am actually feeling better and have stronger resolve. I usually
    fall asleep and always awake refreshed. I have listened to the entire tape and found it very positive.
  • Better than Ambien!

    I haven't lost weight, but I sleep like the dead when I listen to it. Maybe now that my insomnia is in check, I'll have more energy and weight loss will begin.

    I love this. I have a hard time sleeping and with weight along with anxiety and anger control. This app has curbed my appetite I'm sleeping better and haven't had a panic attack in days.

    Before I got this app, I had a horrible time getting to sleep. I've been using this for over a year and it helps.

    I was skeptical about this and didn't think it was worth the $3.99, but after giving this a try I am a believer. I have been getting the best relaxing sleeps of my life. It's a bit too early to tell of the weight loss benefits, but I can tell that my judgement is better with my portion control and with my food selections.

    Very relaxing. Not sure I am hypnotized but definitely positive thoughts are replacing negative and helping get mind where it needs to be to help in weight loss.

  • Exactly what I hoped for

    This app helps get me so relaxed and fall asleep so quickly I've never made it past the first few minutes! But my appetite is way less than it used to be. The subconscious help from this, coupled with my conscious efforts to make healthy choices has helped me lose 6 pounds in three weeks.
