    I listen to this every night as I go to sleep. It helps me to relax & drift off naturally. I'm definitely more aware of what choices I'm making too.

    I love this app- it's one of the best hypnosis apps I've tried! My favorite is the visualization portion - I think it's wonderful and powerful and has really changed my eating and snacking habits!

    I have been using this for the past two nights and I fall asleep with ease. I've been waking up feeling really well rested. I originally downloaded this app for weight loss because after the holidays I was feeling very addicted to sugar. This has curbed the desire for sweets so much that its amazing.

  • Worth the Money

    I usually do not spend money on apps, but I really wanted a hypnosis app that would work. This app works wonderfully and I highly recommend trying it out! I have listened to it for over a month now and I have to say I have had a major change in my appetite and I have been getting better sleep which is key to losing weight.

  • Worth trying

    I'm not one to try this sort of thing but a friend highly recommended this app to me. I listen to it every night when I'm going to sleep. I like to think it's working. I don't think I have as much food cravings, but I haven't had a drastic weight loss. If anything it sure relaxes me and I sleep a lot better at night. I think it's definitely worth trying!

  • Weight loss

    So far in three nights I have fallen asleep so easily and woken up with a great night's sleep. We will see with the weight but so glad to sleep so deeply which is vital to our bodies.
  • Missing background volume bar

    I really like this app, but I'm frustrated because the background volume bar is not visible on my iPad screen. I would like to use the background white noise feature, but thus far I've not been able to find any way to make it work. Have tried rebooting the iPad, resynching the iPad, and every possible combination of icons on the Configure screen. Still no background volume bar. Is there some obvious solution that I'm just not seeing?

  • Working?

    It's only been 3 days but I seem to be getting the hang of imaging the stairs and the other scenarios apparently it takes practice. I seem to be eating less food and hardly any junk food. I haven't lost any weight yet but with these new eating habits I should be dropping pounds in no time!

    I have lost two pounds in 3 days; but I wake up happy, earlier and with a zest for life again. I am not hesitant to go swimming even though I am heavy. That in itself is worth this little application when you get going again you can do nothing but lose weight. I highly recommend.
  • Super relaxing

    I haven't had the opportunity to listen to this daily yet, but when I do listen to it I fall asleep more quickly and sleep well. When I get to listen to it for a week straight I do eat better. It might be a placebo but who cares!
