Like a school project
This is the worst app I’ve tried in a very long time. Plane , train and ferries everywhere have apps now that make out travailing lives easier but not Irish Ferries, it doesn’t even work let alone be useful. If I click Manage by Booking it tried to book another sailing. Hire a developer or remove the app from the store because right now it’s worse than nothing.Show lessEamonn F
2 hours of my life wasted
Logging in is nearly impossible, watching update circle going around and around. Ands it’s not my broadband - I have full fibre, everything else in the house works perfectly. Password reset after password reset. Get it together.IrishRichard
Inane user interface
It is appalling that this app would not have such a basic and efficient user interface that allows an existing user to simply log in.
The login and main menu are inaccessible as they are hidden by a navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Jeez. Irish Ferries really ought to be stepping in to the void left by people running from P&O. How hard can it be to create an app that runs smoothly and manages your bookings and links to Apple wallet? That’s literally all it needs to do. Complete waste of time
Literally a waste of space. “Manage bookings” routes you to the “make a booking” page. Just open your browser and use the website - it’s much faster and easier to use than the “app”, such that it is.zippymonster
Pointless
This app is the worse I have seen and takes ages to load .
You go into manage booking and it makes you book travel instead of seeing the booking you already have .

Why has this not been fixed?
Another reviewer reported 12 months ago that the banner on this app stops access to the account login and you still haven’t fixed it! Unbelievable, I hope your boats are better!!GarryN

Totally useless for iPhones
Downloaded this app as I am a regular ferry user and after the scandalous antics of P&O ferries I have been looking for a reliable alternative operator. Unfortunately this app is totally useless on my iPhone. Unless this is sorted out I will look elsewhere to book my trips.JoeJoe0154
