Yesterday I was about to get on the bus but the doors were shut so I knocked on the door of the bus but the driver refused to let me in. I then had to wait in the freezing cold for half an hour until the next bus.
Today on another instance, I was out to get the bus as the app said that it was coming at 07:59 but suddenly the timings changed and I walked out my door at 07:53 to see the bus go past. This could be sorted out by more consistent timings.
