This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. My Departures gives you quick access to two personalised destinations and will plan a trip from your current location. Tap the edit button to choose your personalised destination and to rename "Home" and "Work" to your chosen destination (e.g. Mum's, Dentist, College). Once the destinations are set, these quick access trips will give you a journey plan from your current location to whichever destination is selected. Tap the destination and screen will show see your next available journey plans.

It provides door to door journey plans for trains, buses, and ferry services as well as scheduled departures from a specific location.   • Absolutely USELESS!!

    It should be extremely easy to put in your departure point followed by your destination point, surely?? Well, with this app IT ISN’T! Almost worse than useless.

  • Not Fit For Purpose

    The trip feature doesn’t work anymore. When trying to plan a trip from West Kirby to Liverpool by bus the app estimates it will take 5+ hours and ends the route in Bolton!

  • App no longer works says no trips found

    Additional i type in locations in Sefton and it’s
    Displaying results outside Liverpool national locations no good to me addresses . The App is unusable it just reads no trips found . I would advise you to type in Efa journey planner on a browser may have more luck . Uninstall app

    Was working fine in December 2023 . Now when I put in times to and from says “no trips found” there are clearly issues not just with the app their Efa journey planner website too so it may be connected once fixed I’m sure normal service will resume .
