Premium has too many pop ups

Even after paying for premium plans that promise no ads, its frustrating to see pop on on every single page on the app to “upgrade” when I already paid for my new plan and have several months left.

Why ads on paid subscription?

Keeping aside the content coverage and quality, why would you bother paying users with splash screen ads? That’s such a big turn off.

Ads in paid subscription

I have ET Prime, via a paid subscription to the economic times, and I still see ad. This is such a poorly designed app, which is unable to stop add from popping up for a paid subscription. The free version is already ad infested and now that same trend keeps popping in the paid version.

ET is one of the best newspapers from India. For me it is my WSJ of India and keeps me fully updated with all the news including sports, politics, and all other major news-worthy events. News and data to rely upon.

Poor customer response

I am trying login on my iPhone since December 14 , Paid 3999 and it’s over 15 days i am still not able to login to online application, Customer support is very slow and it will not resolve issue , 1 st they told me payment failed, I sent all details about payment , After 15 days they confirmed payment received but still not able to sign in.
Request refund they will not refund money. Economic Times reputable company acts like scammer

Disturbing click ads

News is fine but it keeps showing disturbing click ad video with every article of a person removing bunch of ticks from human foot using knife🤮🤮.The title of video is “what causes hypersomnia?”. The worst part is that video starts running even when I haven’t clicked on it!! Have no choice but to uninstall this.
