Does what it says on the tin
In this new digital age and receiving contracts via email is great but when you don’t have a printer to print and scan it back it becomes a problem. DocuSign was a lifesaver in that scenario and I was able to sign, date and email it back without printing a single sheet of paper. Great and sustainable!

Easy - Practical and Effective
I recently used DocuSign to handle a dispute with my bank, and I’ve got to say—it made the process super easy. I accidentally converted the signed document from a PDF into a picture (oops!), but DocuSign let me fix it by converting it back into a PDF without any issues. I signed, faxed, and got it done—all for free!
DocuSign is a total lifesaver when you need to sign something quickly and don’t want to deal with printing or scanning. It’s practical, effective, and best of all, it didn’t cost me a dime. Highly recommend!
Wait maybe I do have an account through the school but for more upgraded stuff the fee feels like no fee at all.

Support in one account for more than one email address
With more companies coming on board to sign documents using Docusign, it is becoming cumbersome to use as it requires a separate Docusign account for each email address. Most people own several email addresses so it would be more simple to be able to add them all to one Docusign account and sign documents sent to any of one’s registered email addresses.

I had very little idea what to do except what a friend told me so muddled through and have sent my signature to organisation / however signature is not at the bottom! I signed in the box however??!! I hope they accept it!!

Use this app many times a week.
I work in disability and many of my clients have mental disabilities. I have not had one client who could not manage to sign their document with this software. Does exactly what I need it to do, making this job a LOT less time consuming! Also had to deal with customer service today who answered the phone quickly and resolved my issue.

More annoying than efficent
I am writing this review to share my continued frustration and annoyance with many apps including docusign that we all use. I think I speak for all app users in saying that continuing POP UPS and REVIEW REQUESTS that CONSTANTLY interrupt your workflow, (work that is often times very important and highly thought consuming ) is beyond understanding. It truly seems that app programers and designers completely disregard natural human emotions to satisfy their own interests. I dont subscribe and pay for these apps to be bombarded with unnecessary pop ups and review requests for your program on a weekly if not daily basis.
When someone like me uses so many different platforms and apps. These events occur what seams like constantly!!!! Which becomes a heavy distraction for all work going forward.
To ALL app develops. Focus on what is important to the users, factor in the level of human emotion involved when using the apps.

To hard to work out
Really not impressed! I can’t work this out. Could not get support I needed and still don’t know what I have done. Hope I haven’t just sent something to somewhere I shouldn’t have. No wonder people are getting scammed these days
Useful Application
This app has been so useful In todays busy life. Sometimes I don’t always have the time to make it into the office to sign papers and with this app i no longer have to! I love that their is a signature and initial save feature so I don’t have to write it in each time, the date is automatically updated and has a cool button feature as well as a add text feature if you have to write in a statement on any form. It’s been helpful by allowing me to share documents easily and saves the documents in case I need to refer back or just have the documents in my files.
Only thing I wish there was is a password protection feature so that documents can’t be accessed by anyone not authorized.

Are we that insignificant, really?
I think including a couple of facts about the environmental benefits are a great addition to your app, but I have no idea what an lb of wood amounts to nor a gal of water.
Would it kill you to localize these stats so they mean something to people outside the US? Imperial measurement is so old fashioned, almost everyone here in Aus that is old enough to have worked with it back in the day is pretty much dead.

Works… slowly
Doing almost anything opens the website in-app, but it takes FOREVER to load for some reason. Other than that, pretty effective.
Doesn’t seem to use local date format either, and changing the format in settings didn’t do anything. Not fun for signing in DD/MM/YYYY, but you can use a textbox instead I guess.
I’d prefer to print if I have access to a printer.
