Great for what I use it for

As a streamer and content creator the app does exactly what I need it to. I can use the mobile publisher flow to share pics to multiple social profiles. Specifically I can easily add music to my images posted to instagram! 🎶🎸 Then I can generate reports on the go to see how well my vinyl collection posts are being engaged with!

Mobile app still a way to go

Love the software but the Mobile app isn’t quite there yet imo. It’s still difficult to navigate and there’s no client facing app for approvals which would make it way easier for clients to approve content on the go.

Helpful, but slightly complicated.

I find this app extremely helpful for organizing and scheduling posts for my 4 businesses, but it is slightly complicated to figure out. There should be more videos or step by step instructions on how to use each section of the site because not everyone finds it easy to figure out on their own.

The sign up isn’t showing just the log in.

Can’t download anymore

I noticed in my Smart Inbox that certain messages weren’t being shown, even though I was seeing them on my desktop. I updated my phone, restarted it, closed the app, and still, missing messages in the Smart Inbox even though I had every source selected. I finally decided to delete the app to clear the data, hoping that would help but now when I try to download it back to my phone, it times out and nothing is downloaded. Now I can’t even check the few messages on my phone, which is unfortunate since it is essential for me to view notifications while I’m away from my desktop. Hoping there’s a fix soon!

Expensive, Poor Usability, Questionable ROI, and Terrible Customer Service

Unfortunately, we ended up regretting our decision to use Sprout Social. It’s very expensive. It has poor usability. Advertised features are often behind paywalls. It delivered questionable ROI (our team often preferred working natively in Meta Business Suite). What really put the nail in the coffin for us was the poor customer service. We missed our automatic annual renewal date by a few weeks, and despite wanting to cancel, they insisted we’d have to pay for the full year, whether we used the software or not. To us, that says everything about the company. If you need to trap people into your product, it must not be that good. Buyer beware. There seem to be superior alternatives, that cost less, and are more customer friendly.

Broke IT

The new update broke the app… I can’t view FB private messages. Constantly, receiving a message that there is no history found. Clearly, the customer messaged us and I can see it on the desktop just fine. Deleted the app multiple times, rebooted my iPhone 15 pro max and still have an issue!
