Leave a Review Crowdfire
Saves me so much time & great customer service
I am a one man CEO as a startup and need social media as part as my branding. I spent roughly 2 hours posting across platforms and needed a better way. I researched and found Crowdfire and I love it. Out of the platforms I tried, Crowdfire is by far the cheapest and easiest to use. Every Sunday I load all of my posts for the week and I am set. They will also tell you if the imagery won't work because of cropping issues. I had some minor issues with my account, mostly user error, and customer service was excellent, as well as the follow-up. It's an easy-to-use, app I use and on my computer go to the URL. Just to let you know I have 9 connected accounts! The only setbacks are tiktok you cannot post through the app. The are aware of it, but I it's more tiktok then them and I asked them to look into threads which they are.Show lessWorst UI I’ve ever experienced
I saw Crowdfire come recommended in a few blogs I follow, so I decided to check it out. This is hands down the WORST UI I’ve ever experienced. As someone who works I in UX, I’m honestly flabbergasted that this passed any sort of QA process. Logging in was atrocious. I manage multiple IG accounts, but the app decided to look at my login cookies and arbitrarily choose one. Unfortunately for me, it was the wrong login. My only recourse was to sign out of all my accounts, clear my browser cache, and try again. Extremely inconvenient for social media managers - the target demographic. Once I FINALLY logged in, because I don’t use Facebook, it wouldn’t even give me any access to features. But worse, when I tried to get more information, the clunky “login” pop up just kept popping up with each click. Despite logging in previously, it was forcing me to login at each click. Needles to say, I deleted this post haste. Save your time and look elsewhere!Show lessDeveloper Response
Hello! So sorry for the trouble and lagged response :( It seems like my previous message didn't reach you due to a glitch :( I understand where you're coming from and how this experience hasn't been the best. Currently, Instagram as a platform does not allow login via the native app credentials. And when you try logging in, we auto-add the Instagram account you are currently logged into. To avoid this, we usually recommend being signed out of all Instagram accounts or adding Instagram to Crowdfire on your web browser on a private or incognito tab. The bit about the Facebook page, currently, to be able to use all features of Crowdfire, your Instagram account must be a business account and for that, you need to connect a Facebook page to Instagram. This is a requirement from Instagram's end and is not in Crowdfire or apps like Crowdfire's control :( Hope this clarifies it. We'd love to connect with you to understand what could be better on Crowdfire. Please do email us at hello@crowdfireapp.com and we'll be able to help you understand more about this. Looking forward to your email. -GwenIt doesnt work at all, only when it wants to
So i got a free trial to start using the app, everytime i went to share now.
It said i needed to upgrade to schedule posts… which i wasnt doing. I was trying to share now. Obviously a bug because 2 times it worked the rest it didnt..
I paid for the subscription just to see if it would be better. And no, now none of the stuff i tried to post even goes through.
It leaves a green check like it worked, i go to twitter, fb, nothing there. What is this?Show less
