  • Amazing App

    Super functional - easy to plan/design workouts, including to building in transition time between exercises, and with the text to speech (which calls out the exercise just before it starts) and count down functions, there's no unnecessary pauses in my workouts, allowing me to do more with the time I have and also making the workout more effective.

  • Great app

    This app has helped me so much with home workouts. It is super easy to set up and walks you right through the workout. I highly recommend. set up is intuitive and it’s great how you can listen to music or podcasts and it will keep you on track with your workout at the same time. They have managed to make it really simple unlike other apps that I have tried and yet you have all the features that you could possibly need. I wish I could disable the feature that tells me which exercise is Up Next, it interrupts me way too much. I get it that it’s a feature that helps people who are not looking at their phone while they work out, but it’s really annoying for those of us using our iPads and we can see it plainly. I tried to ask the customer support for help with this and they never got back to me.

    I have used this app for awhile now and love all of the features….its super easy to use and a really simple and yes functional app. I just wish that I could sync it with my phone as I currently run 2 versions as its an anonymous user only. So if I change to my iPad I have to reset the timer all over again. Unless there is a way to sync across iPad and iPhone? Cheers

    Bought this app years ago and is still working perfectly! HIIT training with A and B stations 35 seconds on 20 seconds rest. I have made many custom workouts on here
