Love this app!
This app makes interval workouts so much easier than trying to use a timer on your phone. I love that you have the option to purchase the lifetime membership and don’t have to worry about a subscription. It’s super easy to use and personalize, and the audible prompts make it easy to follow along with the workout.This is by far the best for overall timing.
This is by far the best app I’ve found for overall timing of multiple workouts and modalities. I have a personal library of workouts and mobility/flexibility. From HIIT, strength supersets, or yin yoga I can easily create any routine with ease.
The interface is good and the timer itself is very nice. It has a feature that dims down the audio before the set ends which I really like for timed routines.
Couple of things I don’t like much is the options for sounds, specially for things like yoga or mobility. Maybe add some other gongs or bells that are more interesting than the current ones… also you want to add the ability to add a countdown sound (right now it’s just the dimmed sound option which is fine but can be better such as adjusting the amount of time and sound). The voiceovers are horrible so that’s a no for me and I don’t care for it.
Last but not least Iwatch integration which I think they are working on.

I have searched for apps that could assist me with time for my workouts. This app is the perfect one because you can create your own time for workouts. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a breeze knowing that the timer is done correctly instead of guess estimating by watching the clock. Kudos to the developers!
