would be nicer with PDF support & horizontal view
The app is very functional. Works to submit claims, review claims, check coverage, make profile edits, etc. Face/thumbprint sign-in. However, all submissions can only come from camera or photos… not from files such as pdf/doc/etc. So to workaround, the user must screenshot their receipts to submit. A bit clunky. Secondly, it’d be nice to have it work in horizontal view. For tablets with a keyboard, the view will not rotate.

Way worst than GroupSource’s app.
So slow and you have to enter everything over and over if there’s one error. The pending claims don’t show up on a dashboard after you submit it so don’t know whether they’re processing it or not. Most other insurance company apps it’s very straight forward especially with drug claims that have a DIN.

Mostly easy with one quirk
What keeps me from rating it 5 stars is that the app won’t accept a pdf as an uploaded file but the attachment must be a photo that you either take or choose from your photo library.
It’s nice there’s an app it needs work
The app is a little bit difficult to use. It doesn’t populate information that it probably should once logged in. You have to scroll through your month and day to put a birthday of the secondary benefit provider coverage the bounces down every time you try to scroll through it to put the birthday in.

Image selection is broken
I wasn’t able to select multiple images to upload. I needed to go back and forth in order to select multiple images and if I selected an image to preview at full size then I was stuck. The app wouldn’t let me close the image preview. I had to close the app and start over. Thankfully the entered claim was still mostly saved except the image(s) if I was able to get any uploaded previously as well as the claim type.

The app is very easy to use. The only thing I would like to see on my phone app is, that I could see my input. There’s no option to view the policy number or password when I input it. It goes to ‘dots’ immediately.
Why can’t you upload pdf/doc?
Digital receipts come emailed as pdf documents most of the time not photos. You should be able to choose to upload receipts from files or photos on your phone. You can on the website platform.
Terrible app
This app never recognizes that I am covered under my wife’s policy so have to put in details every time even though our policies are linked. No option to save details of regular doctors etc to save time with each submittal.
Complicated to use
Have to repeat import all the info again and again and again, and harder to claim the other part, not like other insurance company.
