False Advertisement of shipping
I have ordered several times and normally it will take some time to receive the items and it’s fine it it will be delayed for 1 or 2 weeks and not 2 months. I am still waiting for my items to be delivered and ask for a refund to my other items as I have ordered in 2 occasions. If you contact them it will take them forever to reply. They always say that shipping will take 5-12 Business days but it’s been 2 months and no items being delivered. I ask for a refund and cancel my order and they say it can’t be done as it’s on it’s way. I highly don’t recommend this if they don’t fix this problem.

Disappointed
I was in love with NZ Sale on my third purchase! Good price, nice stuff even it was not delivered on time but it was fine!!! So I did two orders more and one of them I never received and they took three weeks to reply my email and saying that my orders was delivered in my house and maybe someone took it from me!!! What!!! Ridiculous!! And the last order was canceled one day before it supposed to be delivered! No money back and over all the worse thing about this was to know that I was living close to a thief and I didn’t know that!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased almost $400 worth of clothing. After more than two weeks I contacted them to ask why my order wasn’t even at the ‘stock arrived’ stage. Their reply didn’t come for three days and was automated. This has been the communication process with this company for the past week. I message, three days later I receive an automated unhelpful response, and then it repeats. Please don’t waste your time, money, or energy here people. I regretfully didn’t read the reviews before downloading. It appears to be the case for many many people. It’s the most frustrating online shopping experience I’ve had to date. I won’t be using them again.

Regular loyal shopper with NZSALE
I love scoring bargains on NZ sale. You may wait a bit longer for goods to arrive but the wait is worth it for the savings. If anything is wrong you can ask for a discount or return the item no problem. They now have track and trace and notifications for the stages of your order which is great. Huge range of products. Highly recommend!

A few days ago I had made one purchase on Nzsale but my banking my send my one email them said fraud on Nzsale end my account banking is blocked..than now I don’t go anymore here shopping I don’t remember if I any year ago I had made shopping here but on ozsale, mysale and so on,but that’s ok.

Works quite well as long as your patient for delivery
The products are sometimes knock off’s from China, yet as they are usually the actual manufacturers quality is quite good. We have bought clothes, Electronics and toys and have had very little issue really. Only challenge we have at times is to do with sizing on cloths but they will take them back. So as long as you’re prepared for to take a little time it’s a great service.

Good deals, easy to deal with
I’ve bought lots of things from NZ Sale and am very happy with the system. Sometimes products are not suitable or I don’t like the quality, size or colour - I let them know straight away, they send me a returns reference number and I send the item back. Never had a problem.

A very bad experience .. I never recommend it .. Amazon is much better and more reliable .. And many of the programs that we are happy and serve the client.

Like I said I had a question about iPhone 8 Plus but they didn’t have the initiative to search up that sale. The description of items is also very poor ie. need warranty information for phones and measurements for furniture.
Please note they have no phone number and their terms and conditions state that the un rules of fair trading do not apply to their sales. This is a cheating company that wants to take your money

Fake Deals, don’t get ripped off!
I'm (was) a regular customer and I can only say... don't waste your time and money buying in Nzsale. Most of the times they are fake sales and not real. They bring the prices up to later say they are applying a big discount. If you see a good item with a big discount and you buy it, they make you waiting between 3 or 4 weeks and then they cancel your order and refund the item. But they don't refund the shipping cost!!! It happened to me more than 6 times in the last 6 months, I have proof of everything . After dealing with the automated customer service which doesn't read you messages, I talked to Jacqueline (Customer Service Manager) just to try to get the items I had purchased. Only after 1 hour talking over the phone with her I finally got the products. And now, I have the same problem again.... very tired to deal with them again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH NZSALE.
