Does not work

I purchased a year subscription of this app on my iPhone and wanted to use family sharing to put it on my child’s iPad. The app does not work on either device and says I do not have a subscription. I have the receipt and the full amount was taken off my credit card. Waiting to hear back on how to progress as Apple customer service could not help me. Very frustrated.

Left with a feeling of dishonest sales practices

Downloaded free trial on phone, child seemed to like it so we loaded full version onto iPad to which we paid for. Suddenly we were also charged for 12 months on the phone without any emails or prompts. Sent email questioning this but no response... We decided since we did not hear from them we would use the iPhone paid Letter School as well - unfortunately we had no access and they tried to charge us again! I sent more emails to try and get our money back, but no response! My personal experience leads me to say Avoid this company!

Lost my purchase

Had the full version when it wasn’t a subscription service.....now the took it away, just disappointed on how I paid when it was one time payment and now they ask me to pay monthly after I bought a “full version”

Don’t waste your money

I subscribed to this app, because I like how it taught handwriting in a 3 part process and it was fun. However, I’m canceling, because it teaches improper handwriting. It teaches kids to write x backwards. The font is purely for style and not the correct way of writing letters that is taught in schools. It also allows kids to go to levels that they are not ready to start, and have not progressed toward. Kids click on the advanced levels because they look neat. They then get confused and frustrated, because it is far beyond what they are ready for. Unhappy with this app and wish there were better alternatives.

I am 11 and this is how i learned my letters and how to write sometimes I still use the app because of how fun it is me and all my siblings learned are letters this way it works amazing 🙂

Update issue

I purchased the game a few years ago but now our child cannot use the app. It keeps requesting we purchase a subscription. Given we paid full price I’m not happy. Clicking on restore purchases does not work.

Keep having to restore purchase

My son has autism and loves this app. However, he gets very frustrated because the free trial message keeps popping up even though we’ve already subscribed to the Quarterly Access Pass. I thought my son was doing something wrong, but I clicked to reset purchase and closed the up and now I see that every time I close the app I have to reset purchase when I reopen it. How can this be fixed?

App reverts to Lite version (and resets) on every open

As others have mentioned, this app has a major flaw with it’s subscription flow. I subscribed, my child made some good progress, and the next time we opened the app it asked us to start a free trial. Fix this. It’s so basic.
