Seems pretty cool. Some of the ways you have to draw are literally impossible.

Tried this out before unleashing the 4 year old at it. The B is making me drag train tracks on the lower small curve. Even as an adult, I tried for a solid five minutes and it gets about half way around and automatically snaps back to starting point. Can’t imagine how frustrating that would be for a 4 year old. Shan’t be buying the subscription now unless that’s fixed.

Update: Already notified the support email provided to request fix on Apr 9. Didn’t get a response for a week. And just now (may 3)commented on review here, telling me to once again email support. Obviously no real plans to address issues a potential customer brought to them.

I have an autistic son and he loves this app and I really want it to work I don’t want refund I want a number or a contact to fix the problem I have
Please fix this problem I want my son to learn

The developers haven’t reply yet and paid since July 2019 till now 59.99 annually

Average

The app reverts to the lite version even when you subscribe monthly. Having to unsubscribe and then subscribe each day is annoying. The app also just closes whilst busy and my daughter gets really annoyed. Would be awesome if it actually worked properly.

Full access issue.

Really nice app. My kid really learned so much from it but unfortunately stage 2 and stage 3 doesn’t work for me. Really sad for the next stages not working for us. Tried to ask the support but not a good response from them either.

Keeps reverting to Lite Version

Bought and paid for the app but keeps reverting to lite version in the trial period despite reloading numerous times. Very disappointing and frustrating. Was pretty impressed on first impressions but frustrated now and will cancel subscription. When clicking Restore Purchases just says no purchases can be identified.

No way 😡 I play this app every day and today it did a update and then when the update finished i went into the app and then it was a subscription! So annoying! Because my whole family douse NOT! Except theses silly stupid subscriptions!!! I play this app every day like oh just forget IT!!!!!!! 😡🤬 how did it happen? 🥺😡🤬😱🤯

just like most piece of crap apps one finds in the app store. "log in, tell us your social media info ETC" thats to be expected of course. also its not accessible I use voice over and this app does not work with it couldn't get past the first screen after you guessed it. the info gathering portion ...

Great App. Wish I could use it.

This app is fantastic for my 4 - almost 5 year old. The problem is I’ve purchased it many time and I have to cancel and resubscribe EVERY DAY. Very frustrating as he knows how to open the App himself but then I spend the next 10 minutes trying to unlock the features I’ve already paid for.
