Like other reviews on here, I purchased the full version on my phone, but when I tried to open it on the iPad for my son, it switched to the lite version, said no in-app purchases allowed, and cannot connect to iTunes Store. My settings are fine, I’m connected to the internet, yet no matter what I do I can’t get the full version I paid for. Back and forth with the developers a couple times, then no further response and no answers or solutions. So either it’s a money grab or they just don’t want to fix the problems. My son is autistic and he is upset that he can’t play a game he loves. The developers should either fix the problems or reimburse the people who paid for the full version and got cheated. Then I emailed them again and said they never took a payment from me, maybe that’s why I never got the full version. So then they took money from my account and never gave me access to the full version. Not once has my son been able to play the full version, and they took the money and didn’t say a word back to me. So this would have been a good app, if we would have had use of the full version which I subscribed to. Gonna have to cancel it and find something of actual use.

Purchased, worked, now back to lite!

Edited. Finally working now even though I attempted the developers solution last week with no luck. But it’s working again. He’s happy, I’m happy.

Purchased last week, son loved it, now when he plays he only gets the lite version and it says it can't connect to iTunes. Frustrating for sure.

Love it!

I love this app. I love how the kids are asked to continuously try again to make the letters, numbers and shapes if they miss the line. It makes their writing much more precise.

Just wondering if you are able to add more font options onto the app, preferable NSW foundation find so there is a an option for a closed ‘k’ and ‘y’ with the hooked tail but minus the ticks at the end of each letter.

Great app!!!

I have recently downloaded your app for my daughter, as she was struggling with writing, spelling or even just recognising letters. After just one weekend of using this app her school, noted a massive improvement. They asked us what we had done, they really couldn’t believe the change.

Do No Use Too Expensive

Ok I paid for all the shapes the letters and the numbers. Now I do not have access to any of it. I am very angry and I am putting it out on my social media accounts. Just because you want to rake in a subscription fee. An EXCESSIVE subscription fee! You should have at least warned long time users and given us at least a year free considering all the money we have forked over in the past. Well not any more. I will find something else to use. Purchased app and now it is subscription only.

Was a great app for a while. Today I opened it up and it has shifted to subscription only with my previous version -fully purchased - nowhere to be found. Somehow my app has now switched to a lite version.

Sounds don’t always work

Sound doesn’t work for Cvc part of the game. I opened the settings for sound and music, they are both turned on. The letter and number section has sounds and music.

Buyer be aware. It is a scam

I wish I could give zero star. I purchased this app in Nov. 2018 for my son. Few weeks ago, we noticed that it cannot be opened anymore. So today I deleted the app and downloaded it again. It seems like this company updated the app, but they don’t acknowledge your previous purchase, in other word, you have to pay it AGAIN. It is reasonable to ask for an upgrade fee or something. But why in the world we have to pay it twice? It is very unfair to customers like me. I am sure there are a lot of people out there who are experiencing the same situation, so I decided to write this down. I contacted Apple store for a refund, they could not issue refund to me because it has been a year.
I definitely recommend you NOT to buy this app. Just in case if they upgrade it again, you are going to lose your money. DO NOT BUY!!!
