  • Zero Star Rating from Me!

    I just spent 2 hours chatting to a “real person” at the Air New Zealand ‘helpdesk’ trying to figure out why I could not log into the Grabaseat app. This person sent me around and around in circles logging onto websites, changing passwords, deleting and reloading apps, checking OS’s, changing settings and then has the AUDACITY to tell me my devices are too old (believe me they are not!). Then just as had cracked the mystery (finding other users 1star ratings and comments) we conveniently lost our online chat connection. Someone needs to let these poor people know their is an issue with the App and and it’s at their end and they need to sort it out!

    Since Air NZ updated their login to two step authentication, can no longer log onto the app and no longer receive alerts for watch list

    Surly the most useless app I have had the displeasure in trying to use in a while, can’t log in tried many times following the instructions but each time would reject my login attempts. Useless
