Can’t get into it

Can not log in. updated password then deleted app changed password again will not accept as valid login pls fix your app i need to fly for life saving surgery and need to set an alert for cheap flights 😭 thanks

Zero Star Rating from Me!

I just spent 2 hours chatting to a “real person” at the Air New Zealand ‘helpdesk’ trying to figure out why I could not log into the Grabaseat app. This person sent me around and around in circles logging onto websites, changing passwords, deleting and reloading apps, checking OS’s, changing settings and then has the AUDACITY to tell me my devices are too old (believe me they are not!). Then just as had cracked the mystery (finding other users 1star ratings and comments) we conveniently lost our online chat connection. Someone needs to let these poor people know their is an issue with the App and and it’s at their end and they need to sort it out!

Can no longer login

Since Air NZ updated their login to two step authentication, can no longer log onto the app and no longer receive alerts for watch list
