Very average App
This app works well when it works. But my experience has been that about every 5-6 days the App will not open. It opens with the message that I have forgotten my password and an email will be sent to allow me to reset my password. This message has never been sent. The only solution has been to delete the App and reinstall it. This app needs a serious update. When it’s working it’s great and useful, but its failings when going to check balances are annoying.

Poor Ap
Previously I have found this AP excellent. But last week while away overseas it would not load and I got a time our error and SSL error and couldn’t use the AP for a whole week. I called the help line which was not able to fix the problem despite me sending screenshots of the issue. The person on the help line told me to login on the website using a computer despite me saying I was overseas without a computer and using a connection will not fix the AP issue. Once home the problem continued and I have still not got an answer as to why there continues to bevan issue. The computer would also not work when logging in. Finally managed to get on the AP tonight. I no longer have faith in the AP for overseas travel.

Needs modernising
OneSmart needs serious modernising, more currencies should be added, money transfer should be immediate and Apple Pay added.
