Forgotten password
Sometimes when I go into it it shows as forgotten password but won’t allow you to do anything. I end up deleting reinstalling. Happens very regularly.JudithH55
Very poor App
This app works well when it works. But my experience has been that about every 2 to 3 days the App will not open. It opens with the message that I have forgotten my password and an email will be sent to allow me to reset my password. This message has never been sent. The only solution has been to delete the App and reinstall it - every two to three days.
This app needs a serious update. When it’s working it’s great and useful, but its failings at log in are terrible and annoying.Show less1-BOOMER
A very average app
This feels kind of pointless now - it’s slow, clunky and rather unnecessary as an app. If you’re smart with your bank card, you don’t need this OneSmart card or app. The app has your latest balance but doesn’t update the transactions fast enough and why does it take a day for a top-up to go through? Can’t use app to load money via Bank Transfer
Disappointing that you can only do debit card loading through the app, and not via bank account.
This is a bit of a faff having to log in through the website etc to do it.
You can do it with the Wise Card app, which is a much more convenient way of doing it.Snubs05
Easiest card
This is the second time I have used this option for travelling. So much easier having the money in Australian currency rather than trying to work out what the actual charge from NZD to AUD would be for each transaction.posflo

Easy and safe access to paying for stuff
This app has been great while I travelled. I could pay anywhere in the local currency. I could also see where I stood financially with a quick check of the app.PollyCG
Super handy everywhere
I have referred numerous people to use this card, it means you don’t need cash until you arrive at your destination. The ability to preload into a variety of currencies is excellent can’t recommend it enough. If your not sure, I’d say it’s the safest way to travel with moneyparn5
