Cannot register from outside France(?)

The registration doesn’t work from outside France I believe. Customer service is nonexistent unless you communicate in French. So, instead of being ready with the app when I land, I will have to buy the physical card.

Don’t ask me for a screenshot because I already submitted it to customer support.

Awful user experience

Terrible. Registering is a painful exchange of emails and the website rather than integration to app and the Apple Pay integration is buggy. Finally it doesn’t work for RER

Super Easy

The app is so straightforward. Makes it super easy to buy tickets, reload your card, and you just swipe your phone at the turnstile. Never have to bother with a ticket machine or a booth. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Thieves

Payed for a ticket (mastercard sent confirmation) then the app froze on the screen to add ticket to wallet. What a joke. Get your act together Paris.

The ticket never arrived

Couldn’t register as there was an error. Bought a ticket with a guest account, then the apps crashed before adding the ticket to the apple wallet. No email/ticket received afterwards.

Can’t create an account

I downloaded the app, and tried to create an account, but I get a “Error 15” with the message “This request was blocked by our security service” I’m hopeful this is just a glitch, but I’ve tried a couple times this weekend with no luck.

Terrible

I bought a ticket through this app it didn't load and so I just wasted money it's hard to contact support it gives an error it was a terrible experience I don't recommend it.

Pire appli pour les touristes.

Achat de billets en ligne. Impossible à retrouver. Pas possible de payer directement dans le bus non plus. Obligé d’envoyer un sms pour avoir un ticket, impossible quand on a un forfait etranger qui ne fonctionne pas en France. Je suis vraiment enervée. La France brille toujours autant par son incompétence!

Ease of travel

It’s amazing how easy it is to pay for transportation in Paris. Even getting from the airport into town. And I could do this before I left the States.

Responsive team

Before leaving to France, from the US, the app failed to accept any payment method, including ApplePay. Developper respondedd to my initial review and noted it was a glitch that got fixed. I was able to easily add a Navigo pass to my phone with apple pay when I got to Paris and it works great in the subway.
