Lacks features
I am forced to use this app because it is the only way I can get some books from my library. Another app I use shows the number of pages left in the chapter so I can plan stopping points. I haven’t been able to find a way to return my book when I am finished with it thereby allowing someone else to download it.Show lesssturgon
AUGH!
So frustrating! Followed all directions on my library website, the Freading app, Adobe, etc... to no avail. Shows that my book successfully downloaded, but cannot access the book at all from my iPad. Zero star rating.RanchRunner
Does not work
Just downloaded it and boy is it a headache! Using it on my iPad Pro 10 inch next to my friend using the iPad mini. Issues with the app are as follows:
1) the bottom banner on the iPad Pro is in the middle of the screen - when I scroll, it just covers the content.
2) on the iPad mini, there is just a line in the middle - presumably from the same banner.
3) on both devices, we have yet to find how to download a book after reading the FAQ and clicking through the app like crazy.
4) Then we find out through rather vague wording in the FAQ we will probably have to manually move books over on a computer to the app... seems unnecessarily annoying - what’s the point of the app then?
5) also, when you first log into the app and add your library you are dropped on to a blank page so you have no idea what you should do and click along the bottom to find a screen with something. You’d think the user experience team would have figured out this was an issue...
6) the app LAGS horribly

Easy to use - Good books
I enjoy using this app on my iPad and have had no issues with it. I also enjoy the great selection of books.Peachimom in TN
Frustrating lagging
Decent interface, but this app lags a lot when trying to highlight, and sometimes when turning the page. So it slows me down a lot when reading.
Also, it doesn't have different colors for highlighting (only one color).
My local library uses this app, so keeping it for now. Hopefully, improvements will be made in these areas.Show lessNostalgiaLadie
