Unlocking card

I am not able to unlock my card via app or online banking

Needs work

App is not regularly updated. App gets stuck or logs you out. iOS gets updates more frequently than app so the app struggles.

Wont open!!

I can't even get the app to open. This is the only way I can check my account. It is terrible. Very slow. And needs work!!

Brilliant Update

This update is everything one could’ve ever asked for prior to its advancements. The layout is very useful and meets any needs for those enrolled. Extremely satisfied with all changes made. Out of 5 stars I’d give a 10! :)))

Needs a lot of work

Ok to view your accounts, but seriously flawed elsewhere. Using IOS devices will not auto capture mobile deposit. Using portrait or landscape makes no difference. Manual capture works sporadically. Have notified bank of this and they are not sympathetic in the least. Regional banks need to step up their game or risk losing out to big banks like Chase.
