Ok app, lousy system
I’ve been hoping the Sun Trolley would be useful for years. Instead it continues to get worst. Today, half the routes are suspended. Location info can be wrong. There’s no schedule. I understand the concept of no schedule if there’s a continual flow of trolleys. But there isn’t. And when I leave a location to go to another, I sort of have a schedule to adhere to. I’m not walking a half mile only to wait an unknown amount of time before that trolley icon makes it to a place I can flag it down.
This is yet another service for non residents of Fort Lauderdale — tourists. The rest of us can continue to exacerbate the traffic mess by selecting the only useable option, our cars.xgh
Do not update; Update broke the app!
Used to work fine but after this update it won't open, stays stuck on a white blank screen/freezes/won't open anymore; DO NOT UPDATE until they fix this. Please fix ASAP and then I will consider updating this review, thanks.LPC1

This application is horribly inaccurate. Honestly it's quite useless. I have deleted it since downloading.
The trolleys are never where they are depicted to be nor do they start at 7:30am as advertised. I waited almost an hour for the trolley after arriving at 7:15am to make sure I was on the first one.
Also the company advertises that a trolley will arrive every 15 minutes. For those going to use the trolley, that is false as you'll be lucky if it comes every 30-45 minutes.
Honestly you have better luck winning the lotto then using this application to find a trolley.Kris929

Inaccurate!
Don't use the locator as a resource to time when the next trolley will be...you think it's on it's way, and it's already passed! About 15-20 minute delay in updating accuracy!!!App crashing!
Waste of time
Those who think this is a good app aren't using it. In reality, when you "see" a trolley approaching you on the map, it has already passed you by. Trolleys disappear off the map. The "routes" shown on the map aren't the real routes. When a trolley gets to the "end" of it's route, it doesn't turn around and come back; it goes off and does another route. They're supposed to come by every 30 minutes, but the Los Olas route, for example, takes 40 minutes or longer. The system is poor and the app is poor. The app just frustrates you because it gives you misinformation.HikerBoy221

I do not see where on this app it gives you the actual location of the trolley or time it will get to you. What am I missing?Reenner
