Can’t access e-newspaper in USA after returning from Spain
When in Spain last month I was unable to access the Florida Today e-newspaper on my iPhone or iPad, ok, understandable I guess, although I was able to access it my first day there. (I also was able to access the e-newspaper in Italy in May.)
But now that I’m back home in the USA, I still can’t access my e-newspaper on my iPhone or iPad. I have turned them off, back on, deleted the app and reinstalled it, reset network settings, all to no avail. Even requested support from Apple, nothing helped. Why do my iPhone and iPad think I’m still outside the USA?

Too expensive and biased
Where are the college football scores? There is a group titled CFB but no recognizable colleges. What happened to the NCAA category???
Aldo, The subscription rate for specials is good but when it expires, the rates go up quite a bit. But the worst part is that they go up a few times a year. It’s also becoming a liberal leaning paper. It’s a news company—just give the news (and all of it) without a slant.

Complaint
Apparently, the software has been changed so that I can no longer select items such a the jumble word, cryptoquip, and crossword puzzles to be printed. This is very disturbing. I get up early every morning and look forward to this. I have been printing and working 4 puzzles every day. And would like to continue. I have been a subscriber since the newspaper was started.

New version bug?
Had been working fine, but now both this and TCPalm app keep asking me to subscribe with “offers” and— intolerably— full screen pop ups that I have to manually close. I AM an annual paid subscriber and am logged in. Obviously a bug but no response so far from developer. Would be five stars otherwise.

Recurring charge after canceled
I’ve had to dispute this charge every month for almost a year, stop charging my account that I’ve unsubscribed from for more than 2 years
Be careful
If you subscribe, make sure you do it through Apple so that you can cancel easily. I did through Florida Today site and have been unable to get my subscription canceled. Shouldn’t be so difficult!

Excellent source of local news
My wife & I are moving to Viera from the Charleston SC area. Florida Today is filled with news, food reviews, local government information along with a bunch of additional items. Subscribing is cheap & worth every dollar of the subscription price. I love that there is no bias in their reporting. I would encourage readers to subscribe to the best news regarding Brevard county!
