Disgruntled customer
I have tried unsuccessfully to pay my bills (I have 4 accounts) using the new updated app and it has been a nightmare. I ultimately had to pay them on line one at s time. It did not seem to recognize my accounts. I realize that sometimes change is necessary, but it needs to continue to be user friendly.

Crappy website
I have been using the Four County App for a few years now. When I clicked to pay my electric bill for August… I realized the app had changed and the kicker is … it didn’t recognize my credentials. I did forget my password and would go right back into the app to tell me I was incorrect. I finally had to go on my laptop and pay! I tried to pay through the app for 3 days! Some bugs definitely need to be fixed!

Great with the latest Update
This app just received a very much needed UI update. It looks and feels a lot better now. The only issue is that there still isn’t a way to set up auto/arrangement payment plans.
There’s also an annoying “minimum payment is $10” notification that still appears every time you open the app, with no option to do not show again.

It will not let me put my password it. It’s like it gets to a limit and won’t let me finish typing it.

I greatly appreciate this application. It’s a convenient reminder of when my bill is Durand also you can set message alerts when you are reaching a set amount of usage, which you set yourself
