Constantly having to delete and re-install
Every time I try to top-up it won’t take my credit card. I uninstall then re-install I can use my credit card then the next time I try I have to go through the whole thing again. Now I just use the app to track my data usage otherwise it’s totally useless.ToeUpFmThFloUp

This app is the reflection of the poor service, inflated data usage, etc. In difference to the T-Mobile app in the USA where you can see details about the data usage, phone calls made, connection to services, messages this app does not offer any of these. I have purchase 30 GB data plan for one month, it turns out that it is actually 15 GB plan. I use about 4 GB per month on my USA phone and can see where it went. This app shows that I used 15 GB of data in 2 weeks but no details. Today I will cancel my service. If you got service with T-Mobile in Poland except deceptive practices - this poor app is part of it.Show lessPeter Krasucki
