App says “3X a week, at least one day break”. Is that 3x then take a day off? Or you will alternate days off so you are on the program doing push-ups three days during the week. Huge difference. Due to recovery I’ve chosen to do my pushups two days in a row and recover on the third. Just not clear what the intention is.

Good app
I like this app. It is simple to use and works well. A very challenging program. It is handy and even times your rest between sets. I still have to do 100 pushups though. In time I will.

Helped me pass my military PT test
Love this ap. I've never been able to do more push-ups in my life before--not even in my 20s. I used this and was able to work up to an EXCELLENT for my Air Force PT test.

I like the plan and logging but the app crashes a lot.
Excellent Program
In just two weeks I have effortlessly gone from being able to do 20 push-ups to 70 at a time. Love it!
Hard to understand
Can't figure out how to use this. I don't like the text fields you manually edit for the push-up count.
What App?
I must be missing something here. All I see is a glorified workout journal. No pacing, repetitions, or anything resembling a way to measure how many push-ups are done, other than a number entered. What do we need this for?
