    I still wish the app would let me convert ticket types between incident and request; if it’s in there I have no idea where to find it

  • Ticket update issues.

    The app doesn’t update. The online portal changes do not show on the mobile app. If a ticket is updated or closed online, it shows unchanged on the app.

  • Great app

    App is great and helps make the request submission process faster and easier except the attachment feature stopped working on my app. It allows me to attach pictures and documents not once opens, they do not show up.
