The app doesn’t update. The online portal changes do not show on the mobile app. If a ticket is updated or closed online, it shows unchanged on the app.Developer Response

App is great and helps make the request submission process faster and easier except the attachment feature stopped working on my app. It allows me to attach pictures and documents not once opens, they do not show up.Developer Response
