Great useful app
Most useful for working out the monthly cost of different mortgage payments. I could not find another UK based independent app for iPhone offering this facility. Well done Mortgage Brain!Adriank69
Inaccurate - ignores all direct deals
I'm an IFA & Mortgage Broker. These days many of the best deals are direct only between customer & lender. If I source & assist my clients with one of these I simply charge a fee. Why not include them? Do you expect customers to use this app and go to a broker, having missed better potential deals? This app is misleading, it should state clearly that direct deals aren't included in the search. Try HSBC, First Direct & Yorkshire BS for starters... And your description of an interest only mortgage is plain wrong!!

like the find a broker function but think the radius is too small, can you let me choose the radius in future updates? Is it possible to show lenders that will lend to at my address. Sometimes the overpayment graph fails to display the reduction in term.Moo4680

I'm buying a house and saw this app. Really easy to use. Great information, really gives a lot of stuff on each of the mortgage products. Found a really helpful broker as well to give me some advice. Definitely recommend this, especially as its free!!Jakeysmum
