Worst Banking App Ever! No Support for IOS 14
I doubt if there is any development team backing up the app now. This app is worst of all banking apps. Slow as hell and crashes frequently while doing transactions or if making any requests. Adding to the surprise, This app doesn’t work on IOS 14 at all. I wonder if there will be any update for this or if iphone users will be able to access banking thru this app.

I Have 14 Accounts of mine and my family. Initially they were allowing for 5 Account in Mobile App but now only one...That is very pothetic. Because of this reason i will move with other bank very soon. I am having this since 2013.
One of the worst
With a poor UI this app stands at bottom of the list. Very slow and NOT user friendly. Have been using it for my cc only. Kotak and ICiCI have been the best of lot so far.
Hangs and auto logs out
From time to time, app says account does not exist when all the information is visible and then keeps timing out for no reason and auto logs out. Definitely don’t recommend downloading the app. Customer service is also terrible.
Super lazy bank! Super lazy app!
I pity anyone who has to read this because they have an account with this bank. They are just Indian village money lenders, not capable of fitting the description of a bank.

Used to be good
However now I cannot even get logged in. I am using an iPhone 6 but the app description says it’s compatible with this phone. But when logging in, it throws up numerous error alerts. When I contacted customer care, they didn’t care. It used to be a good bank as well.
