App crashes on loading
App crashes as soon as you open it and exits. How could you trust a bank that can’t even keep their apps in working condition? Doesn’t even take me to a log in screen or nothing. Just crashes.
For gods sake, remove the annoying login sound
What were you thinking, adding a horrendous login sound? Did you know even if you have AirPods connected, login sound blows the iPhone speakers and stops anything playing on AirPods and diverts that on the phone speaker too? I have woken up people in the middle of night because of this. Ridiculous.
App very slow
I have never seen such a slow app and keeps loading on login page even after 30 minutes .Useless !!!
Worst banking app I have ever used
1. Slow
2. Not user friendly
3. in Iphone 11 Pro it is asking for Touch ID. Not yet upgraded for Face ID.
4. User interface is not at all compatable for my Iphone 11 Pro. Few options are ven partially visible.
5. For First time registration, after login with user id and MPIN came from bank kit, app asked to change the userid and mpin. The OTP request sent never reached my phone. Finally had to do from my laptop browser.
1 Start is still more for this app. I have used plenty of bank app in India and USA. Even the Nationalized banks (govt banks) of India are known for non-tech savy, but they have better app than IndisInd bank.

Not working
Not able to log in, neither in credit card section nor in bank. Previously it was ok, from appx 1 month this problem is there.

Opened it after couple of weeks. Just keeps loading. Can’t log in

pattern for login
since the update to ios13, the app wont let me enter the pattern to login. that means i cant login as i dont remember my password. could you guys provide an update to fix this issue

Slow
Horribly slow and unreliable with random crashes. Not acceptable for an online banking system. They really need to improve their connectivity speeds and this goes for their slow ATM response times as well.
