Needs improvement
I just bought this application. It has crashed four times in the last three hours and the 'Project' page doesn't appear to be working (contains no data even after adding goals and projects). This is a good application with much potential but needs urgent improvement to stability.
Great execution
If like me you are always in meetings and calls where no one takes or tracks actions other than you, then this is the best way of gaining time and control, as well as allowing you to throw away your pen and paper and all the other 'To-Do' apps. If you spend a day working out the way this works and pre-populating the Goals, Projects (these can be anything that you want to track actions against, from a one-off event to a strategic programme) and People (with those you deal with on a regular basis - you can add others whenever you need to), then you can create minutes and dynamic action logs which are automatically aligned to Calendar entries and other activities. There's the occasional crash and oddity that you can only work out once you start to use it, but assuming it continues to be developed this is a seriously productive 'Productivity' app.

Beesy user
Beesy has proven to be a REALLY productive app. The integration with my calendar and the ability to take notes during a meeting that become minutes that can be emailed to the list of participants is very valuable. I have used several other project management apps that just did not meet my needs, were more expensive, and required that I retype multiple notes. Beesy has solved all these issues. Thanks for creating a useable, stable, excellent app!

What a timesaver
This is a great app for those who want a convenient way to take notes during a meeting, get minutes out quickly and track action items. My project team members can't believe how organized I have become in such a short time.
I recommend this for anyone who attends a lot meetings and multiple projects. There are several upgrades in the works which I understand should improve the functions of this app. But there is no reason to wait. Best six bucks I have spent all year.

Really effective productivity tool.
This is great once you figure out how it works. For the price the developer could throw down and get someone with basic grammar skills to proof read the instructions which are poorly written and confusing. Very visual and works the way you think, definitely worthwhile.

This is the most expensive app I've ever purchased.
Although I like the concept I'm yet to get a handle on the process and the help being notes are part of the live planner is weird.
I hoped it would have had a hand writing function to take notes, disappointing.
I haven't given up yet but I don't find it easy to use! Sorry

Quite an innovative app!
Am really glad I found this app - it makes note taking and management of my time so much more efficient! It integrates the elements of a calendar, to-do, and notebook and puts these on steroids across projects and people.
Recording up to two minutes before you press the record button is a great touch. But for myself, I really need to record a whole meeting and need pointers to particular points on the audio, but this is not the approach of this app.
Aside from this, I do look forward to further improvements by the developer who is very responsive!

LOVE THE APP-Easy and Well Structured
I used this in 3 meetings today and it worked very well for me. I was attending one meeting for my boss, and was able to just e-mail her my notes, and I am done.
I am still learning all the features, but this could easily be the replacement app I have looking for to do it all.
I will give it 5 stars when -
I can sync with the cloud across my devices, - this one is a deal breaker for my commitment to using this as my core app. Which would be a shame because it has just about everything else.
I can insert the document files (docx, xlsx, pdf, etc.) I need for the meeting, and
It will add a name from contacts when the contact is on the exchange server. I found it will only import a contact that is physically on my iPad.
Nice to have - Reminder options and when the meetings flow into the events pane on the dashboard it brings over the e-mail address of the invitees also. Bullet option for my notes. A way to show who attended and who didn't.
I think you guys have exactly the right idea, and your concept is spot on. Get with the Cloud concept and fully integrate cloud sync across devices and back up, make a few tweaks, and you will smash competing apps. (IMHO)

Beezy
Beezy is by far the best app I have on my IPad. I thought I was organized prior to finding this app. After I started using this app, I realized what a mess I was before Beezy! I was using a paper planner - and thought there would be no way I would ever change. The task organizer and meeting notes are life changing! I know - dramatic. Just try it, you'll see. I LOVE that when i'm walking out of a meeting, I've already emailed meeting notes and have a clear list of tasks that I'm responsible for following up on. Not just my tasks, but also those of employees that report to me and peers. Any time I've had a question, the support team has gone above and beyond to help me. These developers are not only committed to providing a product that is useful and helping it's users be their most productive - they are also open to suggestions to make it even better.

Great app!
The team has been very supportive. I use the app on a daily basis, managing all my different meetings. I purchased the app before the latest upgrade. The only thing that would help me is to enable to copy the format for each meeting and paste as another day's meeting as I have daily meetings and the format is the same each day. At the moment I have to overwrite the current meeting notes and rename the meeting to reflect the day. So currently, I have to email a copy to myself rather than being able to see an archive of meeting notes on the app, tracked by date. Apart from that, the app is great!
