This app has great potential but I wouldn't purchase it until the bugs are sorted. It's frozen a couple of times and lists haven't updated without quitting the app and re-launching. I've (just) emailed the developer asking about the problems. If there is a prompt and positive response I will update my review. I'm running iPad4.

Look nowhere else for a Meeting Minute App
This is by far the best iPad App I have used to date. I went from typing very crude meeting minutes via e-mail, to sending professional meeting minutes using Beesy. I have only been using them for a short time but am blown away at the functionality. I can't wait to continue to discover new and useful features.

Very useful personal organizer!
I am a department manager at a hotel with nearly 30 associates so I constantly have projects and items I am working on. I bought an ipad and was hoping to find an app to use as a 'personal organizer' to keep track of meetings, one on one notes, and follow up.
At first I was overwhelmed with all the buttons and options but if you are persistent and play with this app, you will see how wonderfully it all makes sense and syncs together. I would love to see a better template for 'one on one's' and have follow up items automatically populate into the next session, etc. It sounds like they are in the process of something though!

Love it!
Get yourself organised. Set up the goals and projects, sync with your calendar and you're off and running. I find this app useful every day of the working week and use it for every meeting.
Put the effort in to set up (and it doesn't take long) and you will benefit in the long run....

Needs a few more version upgrades to be usable. Too many crashes and loss of data.
All in one that delivers on its promises
For years I've been looking for an integrated note taking and task system. Beesy is spot on, once you understand the principles - this is not a instant buzz app, its one that builds your confidence and sustains it.
Its not fully there yet (hence 4 stars ), for instance getting emails into the app as tasks, something a lot of gtd apps deal with, is not available; there is no iphone app to capture notes on the move; nor can you connect to documents.
However, i posed these questions to Beesapp and they responded very quickly and have a clear route map, so well worth using.

Great for minute taking and keeping track of open tasks
I use this app for some time now and like it a lot.
The integration of the iPad calendar and the possibility to download minutes into evernote including the open tasks is just great.
It allows me to take fast notes during meetings and to keep track of the open tasks. My own tasks and the tasks of my team.
As a project manager this is essential and the first app to do a great job in this regard.

Good ideas, lackluster implementation, crashes/bugs
Good ideas, lackluster implementation, crashes/bugs. That pretty much sums it up. At the price they're charging I sure hope they're able to fix the bugs, re-think the design, and come up with a better workflow. The whole "goals" and "projects" thing is just too burdensome. I say scrap it, or at least don't force people to use it. There are some good ideas here, but BeesApps still has a way to go on this one if I'm going to find Beesy efficient enough to use on a regular basis.

Great app with very exciting roadmap
Beesy is an easy to use app allowing you to rapidly make notes and record actions immediately, saving time by producing the output straight away. Providing CSV export puts many other vendors to shame who just won't let you out of their eco-system. With Beesy you can utilise flexible filters to see to do's, projects, notes etc how you need. The developers are very responsive and engaging on future development/updates via their forum. At the moment, I'm hoping for sync or backup to cloud, access via web. If this app can span task, meeting and project management and maintain the flexibility, it will rise rapidly up the apps store charts and be a leading productivity tool. I expect to return to this review for the fifth star at some point.

Excellent concept, but needs some fixes
The concept is excellent but there are issues. For example, when you want to look at tasks in a particular order tasks disappear; Projects are added but you can't then modify them in the Projects tab; the ability to customise the headings (Meeting for example) in the resulting email/csv would be ideal because it all notes relate to meetings; a plus would be to allow export to PDF as well and integrate with Dropbox. I hoe the bugs get fixed because it cold be a great app.
