A godsend!
This app will do for meeting notes, what the DayRunner did for time management!
I am the IT Director for a major city police department and I spend 40-60% of my work week in one kind of a meeting or another. When I first downloaded the app, I was looking for a quick fix for my note-syncing challenges. This was not the case with Beesy--but that was not a bad thing. It took some time to learn my way around and develop a methodology (and I'm still learning the app), but like any good tool, taking the time to get familiar with it is always time well spent!
I like its integration with my contacts and tasks. I can easily assign reminders on the fly during a meeting and assign them to personnel from within the app. Quick-look icons help distinguish one note from another; calls, questions, comments, maps, Internet, and more are not only easily identified, but easily prioritized.
The development team has been incredibly responsive to inquiries and seems to be in continual development to better the product. One suggestion that I would offer is cross-device sync and utilization. Availability on the iPhone, Mac, and even browser-based would all be excellent complements to this software. Adding handwriting recognition or voice transcription for faster note capture would be the coup de grace!

Has potential
This could easily be the best project management/notes/todo/GTD app of all time. It has a few pitfalls - the UI can be clunky or unintuitive at times. It's not the most straightforward of apps and the tutorials are not all that great.
However, there are numerous ways to drop a note to the developers and they are very quick to respond. They will help you through any issues you are stuck on and take every suggestion into consideration.
I had originally given this 2 stars. After talking to the developers and feeling like they genuinely took my suggestions seriously, I decided to up it to 4 stars. Plus, a look at their update history shows that they really do bring those suggestions to life. An update almost every 2 weeks since launch is staggering. Keep up the good work, I look forward to this thing keeping my projects in line.

The most intuitive app to date
At last an app that takes the hassle out of project management. In a world where we seem to move from meeting to meeting without any time between, Beesy is a most welcome addition. The ability to produce and send professional minutes direct from the app is excellent.
Please do not think that this app is for simple note taking...it is not. and those that do, are generally disappointed, however if you are looking for an app that manages your day to day meetings, allows you to take professional minutes (very simply) and export them immediately the meeting has finished then this app is perfect.
The app is very, very intuitive and it can take you a while to get to grips with it, however, once you understand the concept...it is very simple to use. But please note - It is well worth persevering.
The instructions could be clearer (I think these got improved in 1.53) but to be honest doesn't take you long to familiarise yourself.
Although it is an in app purchase, the ability to link tasks directly to your reminders is great. And the document import is also very useful
Customer support is excellent and feedback is almost instant.
There is so much more on the horizon so watch this space!!
Only negative - no ability to export direct to PDF...I believe this is coming soon.

I wanted a one stop shop for meeting notes and producing action lists. After trying out a number of apps, came across BEESY and it does what it says on the tin and much more. For my purposes I have to think of meeting minutes as 'Notes' and agenda items as 'topics' . Once I had sorted that out it was easy to have recurring meetings, copying agendas to next meeting , and in a future update, all actions not closed out can be copied over to the next meeting as well. A great productivity tool.

Great App!
This is a fantastic app! I am using it with my team at work and it has greatly improved our productivity.
Finally, a note-taking, task-managing app for real work
I've tried more than a dozen task management and note taking apps over the past couple of years. The problem was that they were always one or the other. I'd take notes in one, but if I wanted to add tasks or track projects, I'd have to open another app and transfer the information. Beesy combines both (and more) into a single app.
Now I can sit and take notes in a meeting, and when a to-do item comes up, I can immediately add it without disrupting my workflow. The integration with the iPad calendar also makes it simple to create notes based on scheduled meetings.
Yes, there is a learning curve as Beesy includes a lot of features, but spend 15-20 minutes with the well thought out tutorials and you'll be ready to get some work done. Response from the developer to a question was also nearly immediate.

Very happy
Beesy was recommended to me by a colleague and in the short time I have been using it, I have found it easy to use and allows for easy tracking of meetings and tasks. Updates to allow for items to carry over to repeat meetings will meet all my needs for running multiple staff groups and projects. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a simple way to manage action oriented minutes across multiple projects.

The app that finally made my iPad useful at work
I've been using the app for about two months now and I love it. Beesy has allowed me to simplify my approach to tracking meeting agendas/minutes. The new integration to Reminders, has allowed me to keep track of action items, deadlines, etc. without having to manually set alarms and reminders. Beesy has essentially allowed me to cut down on the time I spend at work doing administrative, record keeping tasks. Also, the devs are pretty good (w/i 24 hours) at responding to questions/issues.

Absolutely invaluable
I can't praise this app and its developers enough. As a Project Manager in charge of a lot of concurrent and complex implementations, I manage a lot of tasks that I delegate when and if required. What I was unable to find in the App Store until this app, was a solution that captured project/task/priority/delegation in such a pure way. I not have 360 degree visibility by project/meeting/task/resource of all my teams outstanding tasks. OUTSTANDING - thank you Beesy!!!

This is one of those apps where first appearances maybe slightly deceptive. An earlier reviewer spoke about a "learning curve" and if there is any downside to this product it is that it does require a little effort to learn how versatile and connected this app is within a busy business workflow.
The latest additions of integrating documents and reminders, whilst an in-app purchase add significantly to the capabilities.
As a businessman currently looking at some major business growth, the capability of this product to manage the variety of meetings, queries, project requirements etc is in a standalone position compared to other "meeting" apps. Tight integration with Evernote is standard which provides a significant capability when tied into their Business product.
Whilst only a relatively recent user, in the previous release I found an issue with the way Beesy worked and the response from the developers was swift, detailed and ultimately positive as the latest release has cleared up the issue.
Overall, I would strongly recommend this product especially where your workflow requires multiple projects; take the time to learn this and you will be rewarded with one of the most versatile and usable business applications that are around today.
