This App needs a bit of research and several attempts to see how the system actually works and inter-relates.
Once you see how to set up a decent management system for tasks, minutes of Meetings, planning Agenda and assigning tasks with date timelines - you quickly see how useful this App is and will quickly become your main management aid.
Worth persevering with and fine tuning - though still early days for me - but I will be using this App greatly.

Life changing
I started using Beesy a few weeks ago and it has been life changing. I have a staff of 10 and keeping track of the many projects and tasks I have assigned was very difficult. Beesy has given me a reliable and easy to use management tool.
My dashboard allows me to focus my time and has made me much more effective.
The meeting agenda is absolutely awesome, it is easy to set up the agenda, distribute and then take notes in the meeting. The minutes complete with action items are distributed immediately.
Amazing and for $6.49 it is an absolute no brainer.

Empowered, paperless, collaborative
I have been looking for a period in my life when work and personal life become seamless and stressless. A time when my needs and my ability are simply matched with technology.
A transformational step has occurred with a 4G Ipad and the Beesy App. Put the 2 together, sit down and work through the tutorials, the online support and have a play and with in weeks you become addicted. Diaries and spiral note pads disappear, actions, to do lists, people and project tracking are all integrated. This is the App for anyone who likes to use Covey's 7 habits.
The App is constantly improving and becoming more powerful and I look forward to every up grade. The turn around of improvements and integration will see me contributing to the ongoing development of this App.

Exceptional meeting planner
Got my iPad last week with a specific task in mind...must find an app that will help me plan, minute and task meetings. With Beesy you need look no further. I spent half a day getting to grips with the structure, then I entered details from a prior meeting to see how well it worked. It's immediately obvious that the structure you have laid out and the ease with which you can issue tasks to people and send out the minutes at the click of a button that this app will be an immense help. It's also worth mentioning that the support you get with the app is second to none, I had a reply to a query within minutes...a fantastic app, simple as that.

Not sure how I didn't find Beesy sooner!!! I absolutely love it and it works exactly how I do. The new update makes it even better with Dropbox support & carrying actions over to new meeting.
I love that I can sync it with Evernote!! It is absolutely my 'go to' meeting app

Update:
You can now import a previous meeting into the new notes.
This means you can now go over the previous notes and expand on it if needed or close open tasks.

If you take only one meeting a week this will pay for itself.
If, like me you spend hours on meetings then this is indispensable.
Set up for the meeting by adding participants and create your agenda entries. During meeting add notes actions etc. and when the meeting is done hit the email button and very nicely populated minute notes will be sent to all participants.
Afterwards you can keep track of the tasks by selecting the person or project.

Great management app
Love this app as it rolls several different programs I used to use into one. Great for someone like me that manages lots of projects. Keep up the good work.
Take the time to understand it and you'll love it
This app has turned out to be nearly perfect for me and is by far the closest I've come to a perfect solution.
For those that need the power of a personal project management tool without the complexity of a web based commercial grade system this is it.
I've tried lots of apps, many are good. This is truly great.
BUT: you need to spend the time to understand it. I hate reading manuals but this one really requires some time investment to get the best out of it.
The app producers should be commended for creating a great app and importantly a great user guide.

Easy beesy
This is the first app I've ever bothered reviewing. I'm only on my third day with it but am already turning meeting minutes into allocated tasks. It's by far the most powerful task manager I've tried. Don't be put off by the project management references. This is a very useful app for anyone who attends or minutes meetings or needs to keep track of a complex to do list.
