Well designed app that allows you to prepare for meetings, take notes quickly and track follow up actions through a number of different views. For a long time I've been looking for the perfect app that combines my calendar, tasks and notes. This could be it. Beesy is now at the centre of my working day.

Awesome, Worth More Than The Price
I have been using this app. for about 10 months and it is Awesome for keeping meeting notes and send them out along with action items. For years I have used word or excel files which are functional but a whole lot of extra work than using Beesy. Support is great, they respond quickly and include suggestions in updates. I recommend this application. Be advised that it does have a steep learning curve but stay with it and you'll be glad you did.

Great App
This App has helped me enormously by helping me to easily plan for meetings more effectively, taking notes and allocating actions during the meeting (which can be quickly tidied up afterwards), getting meeting notes out quickly and keeping track of everyone's actions. It is just what I'd been looking for. I haven't even tried all of the features yet but love it.

Bugs and no support
Currently this app does not deserve a single star due to the attitude of the developers. It has great potential but there are many bugs and problems to overcome. I would persevere due to its potential except that you just can't get any help. Contacting the developers via email or the forum meets with complete silence. They just don't respond to anything. I really don't appreciate developers who are happy to take your money and then totally ignore the problems their software creates. No more buying apps I can't try first.

Maybe not
Looks like great app and thought I would splurge and pay the 5.99 based on the demo screens and high reviews. I downloaded did a couple test notes and wanted email them as PDF to see how they would look to my staff. I was shocked they wanted another $1.99 to use email function along with some other service charges. I somewhat expected a full open app at $5.99 and not to get up sold on some basic features we expect at this price range. Lots of options in this app and wonder what else they are going to ask for mor money on as I use.

Excellent ap for project management and management of resources!
This is a great ap. I've tried plenty of meeting and task management aps but this one takes the cake. It's very easy to use, it's flexible and easy to use and update during meetings. It makes facilitating a meeting and taking minutes super easy for the same person to do. It allows you to look at tasks and effort from a resource standpoint, project oversight and total overview perspective. And you don't need to enter things in multiple times to get that. It also helps prioritize your work and tasks in a visual way. I would recommend this ap to anyone managing resources, tasks and/or projects.

Too bad there was no try before you buy
I had hope for this app since it can integrate with Outlook and Exchange. Unfortunately, this app tries too hard, and ends up getting in the way. There is way too much structure, too many confusing icons, and too much pollution from help implemented as notes. I wanted a simple way to take my Outlook calendar meetings, use the description and attendees to start taking notes, and generate action items that would feed back into Outlook. The first task only works partially, and the second one requires another in app purchase. This app wants to be the centre of the universe, but it's not up to the task.

Worth every penny
This is a very valuable time saving app. I usually have meetings minutes completed before everyone walks out of the room. I bought the app with the intention of just using it to help me with my personal meeting notes but have found it so easy that I'm taking minutes for meetings and allowing our admin assistants to spend time with other work. Give yourself a little practice time to get used to it. I found the app a bit daunting at first but as I used it the features became more clear. This is easily worth the $6 and has saved me to spend my time on more value-added activities. Support for the app is excellent. I discovered a bug during a meeting the other day, sent a screen shot to the support address, got help from the founder himself, and had the problem solved before the end of the meeting! Can't beat it folks.
