Gave it another chance...still glitchy
I downloaded this a few months ago and just couldn't get the hang of it. I was looking for an app to bring together my meeting agendas and task lists. After trying some other options, I thought I'd try it again. It freezes up quite a bit and requires me to close and reopen (not good in a meeting) and is not very intuitive. I also didn't like having to manually add contacts to the app. I'd prefer it recognize the meeting attendees from the calendar and let me add them from there. The concept is great but it still needs some refining.

Great for the Team
Beesy has helped our team have quick productive meetings without letting actions from previous meetings go unattended.

The only issue that is that I do not like the fact that the default date appears to be set for about a week away, I would like to change it to today's date. I searched the tutorials and the Q/A sections, but did not find the answer. I am waiting on an email from Beesy. Other than that I think the app is great. Even with that issue I will still rate it 5 stars. You have to be patience with it because it is a bit difficult to figure out at first. But once you figure it out it is awesome. The tutorials and Q/A's are a great help.

Very usefull
I have been using this about a months and a half now. Great for taking notes in meetings, you can assign ownership to tasks and then email the meeting minutes out immediately after the meeting. Lets everyone know what they need to do after the meeting is over. I use it everyday now, has helped me become more efficient and stay on top of things.

Great tool for someone meeting customers, but ...
I've been using Beesy for several months and I like its concept very much. The tool is promising but it has some basic things missing. At the beginning I was an enthusiast because the Beesy team was very active discussing requirements and promising fixes and improvements for the "next release". There were some minor releases that did not address those issues . They started taking longer to answer people's questions from the user forum and I still don't know when the "next release" will come and if this time it will address those minor but important issues.
It is a good software but I am disappointed with the time it is taking to get those required improvements done.

Beesy is the Bees Knees
I've just started using this app and having taken a day or two to play with it and learn how it is structured I can now use it competently enough to write notes in meetings and have my minutes produced automatically. With the app tying everything in with the calendar and to do lists it makes managing my project tasks so much easier. It is giving me one page visibility of all the key items from tasks, to notes, to contacts, to to-do lists....... all arranged by project.
I love the logic structure behind the apps organisation. Once you understand it the whole app becomes obvious. It really is the app I've been waiting for in my job as a project manager. Oh and did I mention the auto minutes generation.... with a properly populated contacts list, the minutes also get sent to all the participants as soon as they are generated.

Lots of potential !
A very good app for now, and a lot of potential if some features are added, like synching between ipads and with iphone, as well as email to task. I have been using Evernote and Toodledo for more than a year, and I am moving to Beesy as my sole app to track meetings minutes & follow-ups as well as todos. Needs some time to get around it, but appears very useful.

Bonne application pour les suivis des projets et la prise de note
J'ai commencé à l'utiliser intensivement (au niveau professionnel) et j'arrive à accomplir du bon travail. Les comptes-rendu sont vraiment facilités et les suivis de projets sont également appréciés.
Une app iMac ou en ligne serait vraiment la bienvenue. Je dresse actuellement une liste des irritants qui pourraient être améliorés.
Dans l'ensemble, c'est une très bonne application.

Perte de temps
Franchement je dois être trop con pour cette application, je n'arrive à rien, je ne m'y retrouve pas et j'ai perdu plus de temps
à tenter d'arriver à quelque chose que ça pourrait m'en faire gagner en un mois. J'abandonne, trop complexe ou faisant appel à une logique extra terrestre qui m'échappe.

The best Project Management period.
I have tried lots of ToDo and Project Management apps in the past but Beesy tops them all. Once you get used to the interface there is nothing that can't be tracked. I have introduced it to several coworkers and they have all dropped their current Project Management/ToDo apps and moved over to Beesy. Well worth the money. I still use Notability for taking notes and Beesy allows easy intergration of those notes into my current projects with the import documents add-in. Only have 2 wishes for future releases. A website for collaboration and sharing when you are not next to your IPAD and the ability to assign tasks within a project to other Beesy users. Well done, thanks.
