The best app to train
I bought this after watching a Trevor Bauer video, but this really helped me accomplish my goals as a pitcher. I used to throw 60 but after a month I threw 67

My favorite part of the app has been the mechanical analysis and throwing component. Trevor does a great job breaking down each piece of the delivery and gives you drills that will specifically help you achieve your certain goals.
Incredibly Valuable
Between my collegiate and professional careers, I have been trying to improve my mechanics for over a decade now. Never have I had a more comprehensive, clear and consistent path to improvement than when working with 4APP. While using this app, I have developed a better understanding of my mechanics and am now able to review my own mechanics to make adjustments. If you are looking for high level training from high level performance coaches including Trevor Bauer, you should look to 4APP. The strength training is 2nd to none, and having access to Bauer’s knowledge is invaluable!
